StrideMD is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Enrollment Sales Consultant to enhance our expanding team. As the initial contact for prospective patients interested in our patient monitoring solutions, you will be instrumental in facilitating their enrollment journey. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, a robust work ethic, and a sincere commitment to assisting others. This role is a full-time, in-office position within a dynamic environment, where your sales expertise will contribute to a positive patient experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential patients through a sales-focused approach, introducing them to StrideMD's remote patient monitoring services and evaluating their eligibility.
- Deliver thorough explanations of our offerings, respond to questions, and utilize sales techniques to effectively showcase the advantages of our program.
- Customize solutions to align with patient needs, guiding them through the enrollment process while ensuring they feel confident and supported.
- Keep meticulous records of patient interactions, leveraging insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Work closely with healthcare providers and team members to optimize the patient enrollment process and maximize sales potential.
- Surpass targets for patient engagement and enrollment, significantly contributing to the growth and success of the program.
- Organize and coordinate appointments, update and manage medical records, and handle insurance documentation.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, ensuring that callers feel valued and supported.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to broaden your understanding of the company and the role.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven history in sales or client-facing positions.
- Experience in a sales call center setting is advantageous.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service while excelling in sales.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to interactions, paired with persuasive sales skills.
- Resilience and a proactive attitude in overcoming challenges.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant sales experience will also be taken into account.
Schedule:
- Availability for shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options.
Compensation:
- Total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $70,000.
