About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Partner in the Telecommunications industry. This role will be based in Seattle and will focus on expanding our presence in the wireless telecom market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our client relationships and expand our presence in the wireless telecom market.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
  • Manage and deliver transformational programs that incorporate people, processes, and technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our practice areas to define service offerings that meet the needs of the technology industry and deliver capabilities through project work.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional services account/delivery management experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience working with the wireless and/or telecom industry, either in-house and/or consulting industry.
  • Experience managing transformational programs that incorporate people, processes, and technology.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Superlative writing skills and deep experience with creating highly polished content for client executives.
  • Maintains awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list and understands how Slalom Practice Areas interact.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $195,000 to $245,000 for Director and $170,000 to $220,000 for Senior Principal. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
