Staff Development:

  • Design and implement training programs for team members, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Identify and address talent gaps within the team.

Standards and Compliance:

  • Maintain compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
  • Ensure documentation and processes are aligned with best practices in construction and engineering.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in the telecommunications and security sectors.
  • 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on design and project delivery.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles and professional presentations.
  • Relevant certifications such as RCDD for Telecom and PSP for Security are preferred.
  • A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous.

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong ability to manage both internal and external teams effectively.
