About the Role

CareOne is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Peabody, MA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead the Nursing Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, such as allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree from a credentialed school of nursing.
  • Licensure: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Experience: 1 year of related nursing experience.
