We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a top-rated outpatient family medicine clinic. Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, with no call, no weekends, and 9 recognized holidays.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 2+ years of experience in a family medicine or outpatient setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
