Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) Program

Compensation begins at $27.97 per hour, adjusted based on experience

The IHBTC focuses on providing comprehensive support to stabilize youth within their homes, aiming to prevent the need for more intensive care or to assist families during their reintegration into the community.


Key Responsibilities:


The Clinician will collaborate with a diverse team, including a Lead Clinician, Outreach Worker, Occupational Therapist, Young Adult Peer Mentor, and/or a Family Partner.


Specific duties include:
- Engaging with youth and their families
- Offering guidance to support staff regarding clinical objectives
- Conducting ongoing safety assessments, planning, and care coordination
- Participating in the on-call rotation for Children's Mental Health Services.

Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Education with a Clinical Concentration (or a related field) is required, with a focus on licensure OR being a Licensed Clinician (LICSW, LMHC) is preferred.
- Experience working with youth facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges and their families
- Flexible scheduling based on family needs: Monday – Friday 11a-7p / 12p-8p
- A valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
