Position Overview:

As a vital member of our retail team, the Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining an inviting shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all customers warmly, ensuring they receive outstanding service throughout their visit.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all products and services available at the Fitness Center and related offerings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Receive and prepare new inventory, ensuring items are displayed attractively.
  • Demonstrate brand knowledge to assist customers effectively and achieve sales targets.
  • Support the Retail Manager in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately at the start and end of each shift, completing necessary documentation.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Retail Sales Associate position will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail environments.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent command of grammar and communication.
  • A collaborative spirit and proactive approach to work.
  • The capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues.
  • Reliability and dependability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
