Position Overview:

This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service within a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive shopping experience for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all customers warmly and ensure they receive outstanding service.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services available at the Fitness Center and related facilities.
  • Ensure the retail space is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist in receiving and preparing new merchandise for display.
  • Demonstrate brand knowledge to assist customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Support the Retail Manager in enhancing the overall member experience and achieving club objectives.
  • Conduct cash drawer counts at the start and end of each shift, completing necessary documentation.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is essential.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dependability and reliability are crucial.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and organized environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong leadership qualities and effective communication with colleagues.
