Customer Service Retail Specialist

This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service within a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive shopping experience for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all customers warmly and ensure they receive outstanding service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services available at the Fitness Center and related facilities.
- Ensure the retail space is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in receiving and preparing new merchandise for display.
- Demonstrate brand knowledge to assist customers and achieve sales targets.
- Support the Retail Manager in enhancing the overall member experience and achieving club objectives.
- Conduct cash drawer counts at the start and end of each shift, completing necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is essential.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependability and reliability are crucial.
- Ability to maintain a calm and organized environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication with colleagues.
