We are seeking a dedicated and professional Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to join our NYC team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be reliable and trustworthy, and have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

This role offers strong growth opportunities within the firm and the chance to serve as a gatekeeper to C-Suite Executives in a dynamic and stimulating position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage heavy calendaring and process expense reports and time reporting
  • Maintain a contact database and send various mailings
  • Draft and mail correspondences and support client event planning
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Assist with travel planning and coordination and complete ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative/executive experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Exhibit sound judgment and common sense while making decisions
  • Ability to maintain composure and maintain an executive presence during high-pressure situations
  • Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to providing exceptional customer service possessing professional interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
