Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Center Manager to join our team at McGrath Kia of Highland Park. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our BDC team members, developing and implementing a solid follow-up process, and training team members on phone and internet communications and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BDC team members to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive follow-up process to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Train team members on phone and internet communications and sales skills to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Manage company website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence to communicate sales results and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in BDC management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
