The Client Support Specialist will manage client accounts under the guidance of the Client Delivery Manager. This role will be involved from the initial implementation phase through to ongoing administration, acting as a crucial link between the internal team and client representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Client Delivery Manager to oversee 3-5 client accounts.
2. Assist in all aspects of project management, including implementation, transition, and continuous service delivery.
3. Facilitate the annual enrollment process for participants, ensuring timely execution.
4. Guarantee that all materials related to annual enrollment and ongoing management align with client specifications and are professionally prepared.
5. Review client materials for annual enrollment and ongoing administration to ensure they meet quality standards.
6. Maintain regular communication with clients and supervisors regarding progress and any issues that arise.
7. Work alongside the Client Delivery Manager and management team to identify training needs and recommend process enhancements to improve customer service efficiency.
8. Professionally interface with clients, ensuring accurate and effective communication.
9. Successfully manage projects under tight deadlines and pressure.
Competencies Required:
Communication:
Ability to interpret and compose complex reports and business correspondence. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for documenting instructions and processes effectively.
Analytical Skills:
Capability to understand cause and effect, develop instructions, and solve practical problems in complex situations. Must demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to anticipate potential issues, proposing solutions proactively.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, V look-up), Word (letter writing, mail merge), and PDF creation. Skilled in email communication, scheduling meetings, and resource management.
Planning and Organization:
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Bachelor's Degree

1 – 3 years in a relevant field.
