Our firm is seeking to onboard a dedicated Client Engagement Coordinator, specializing in Immigration, who is eager to advance within the legal sector.
The perfect candidate will have a strong customer service focus, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively assess potential client communications.
The successful applicant will contribute to a team that manages a significant volume of incoming client inquiries. Experience in Immigration law is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively screen incoming calls prior to scheduling consultations with attorneys
- Diligently track all potential client inquiries (via email, internet, phone, and referrals)
- Promptly reach out to all prospective clients and build rapport
- Maintain consistent follow-up on outstanding inquiries
- Update tracking systems to reflect the status of potential clients
- Conduct interviews with potential clients with genuine empathy and understanding
- Schedule consultations for prospective clients
- Take comprehensive notes during initial consultations with attorneys
- Collaborate with attorneys to facilitate the consultation process
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to initiating new cases and managing databases
- Follow directives from supervising attorneys and execute tasks accordingly
- Draft correspondence, transcribe notes, research legal documents, and manage various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) in both written and spoken communication
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client intake, preferably in Immigration
- Familiarity with case management software is a significant advantage
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Effective multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service-oriented mindset
