Job Title: Intake and Engagement Coordinator

Evergreen Treatment Services is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Intake and Engagement Coordinator to join our Behavioral Health team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of transforming the lives of individuals and their communities through innovative and effective addiction and social services.

Job Summary:

The Intake and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the intake process, ensuring a smooth transition into services, and engaging participants in their care plans. This role requires close collaboration with referral sources and internal teams to link individuals to the appropriate services, including case management, counseling, medical services, and other support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the organization-wide initiative to reimagine our interconnectedness within our community to overcome the aspects of our society and organizational culture shaped by white supremacy and settler colonialism.
  • Help ETS succeed in carrying out our mission through working together with other staff to transform systems of harm and inequity to create different approaches to improving community health and safety through addressing substance use and homelessness.
  • Coordinate appointments for individuals with internal services, including case management, counseling, medical appointments, and other necessary resources.
  • Act as a liaison between individuals and service providers within the organization, ensuring timely access to services and addressing any logistical challenges.
  • Help identify potential obstacles to service engagement, such as financial constraints, childcare, or transportation, and work with internal teams to find solutions.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in social work, human services, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in case management, social services, intake coordination, or a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with intake procedures and participant engagement strategies preferred.
  • Active, restriction-free Washington State Driver's License required, with an acceptable driving record.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $27-29/hour ($56,160 - $60,320/annual) DOE.
