Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for transplant patients, taking into account their specific needs and health status.
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and screenings to identify patients at risk and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans.
  • Work closely with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance the patient experience and ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical nutrition to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Dietitian State license in the following states: Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Tennessee, Ohio, Kansas, Georgia, Iowa, Utah.
