About the Role

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian II to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing expert-level care and nutrition therapy to patients with high acuity needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs, cultural background, and medical history.
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and screenings to identify patients at risk and develop targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition therapy and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in acute hospital settings, working with complex patient populations.
  • Accredited dietitian program (ACEND) and valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Dietitian State license in applicable states.
