Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs, cultural background, and medical history.
- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and screenings to identify patients at risk and develop targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition therapy and share knowledge with colleagues.
- 2+ years of experience in acute hospital settings, working with complex patient populations.
- Accredited dietitian program (ACEND) and valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Dietitian State license in applicable states.
