Job Overview:

The Center Documentation Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our center. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files related to student attendance and discipline, assisting in monitoring all class attendance reports, and preparing statistical reports necessary in compiling the Monthly Management Report.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to student attendance and discipline
  • Assist in monitoring all class attendance reports
  • Prepare statistical reports necessary in compiling the Monthly Management Report
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/High School Equivalency required
  • Associate degree with at least one year's experience working with young adults preferred
  • Job Corps experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
