Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Professional to join our team at Peifer Hanson Mullins & Baker, P.A. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in document management and litigation support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining document indices, inputting, organizing, searching, and retrieving case-related information, as well as assisting attorneys and paralegals during various stages of the litigation process.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organizational and project-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and incentive pay. The starting salary range is $22-25/hr dependent on experience.
