Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the primary duties associated with this position:

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various computer systems, including Windows operating systems and occasionally Linux and Macintosh environments.

Qualifications

Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
