Job Summary

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance within our desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for desktop equipment, printers, software applications, and mobile devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a deskside support role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Dell hardware, Apple iPhone, and ServiceNow is a plus.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification and/or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician is desired.

Work Environment:

This role is performed indoors in an office setting. The ability to move, carry, push, pull, and/or lift up to 45 pounds is required.
