Job Summary

Oregon State University is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Help Center Technician to join our team. As a key member of the University Human Resources Service Center, you will provide exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and support to employees and departments across the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ask HR Help Desk: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring employee privacy and confidentiality.
  • Time and Leave Administration: Audit and reconcile monthly timesheets and leave balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies.
  • Staff Fee Privilege: Process and track Staff Fee Privilege forms, responding to inquiries and collaborating with HR teams as needed.
  • Audits: Assist in running, distributing, and tracking data audits related to employee and job records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Two years of human resources clerical support experience or three years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
  • College-level coursework may substitute for general experience requirements.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
