Position Purpose

The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in the Business Development team, driving revenue by delivering exceptional service to clients. This position requires a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to stay up-to-date on immigration case types and services offered by the firm.
  • Conduct one-hour interviews with potential clients to determine their eligibility for immigration services.
  • Utilize approved sales scripts and empathy to build rapport with potential clients and educate them on the benefits of partnering with Lisinski Law Firm.
  • Work closely with Intake Managers to provide side-by-side assistance to clients and enhance their overall experience.
  • Educate clients on the payment options available to them and convert potential leads into admitted clients based on the benefits and values of each case type.
  • Schedule and follow up with all leads to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay current on weekly legal training with firm attorneys to provide expert guidance to clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English to provide language support to clients.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Time

Compensation

$23/hour + bonus
