Job Summary

Cognixia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Intake Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Relations department, you will be responsible for receiving and processing inbound calls, conducting case intake, and providing consultation on general policy questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inbound calls from employees and managers
  • Conduct case intake and provide consultation on general policy questions
  • Identify cases requiring escalation and complete required documentation
  • Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly build rapport, ask probing questions, and take thorough notes while talking to inquirers
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation in case management system
  • Call Center experience, specifically intake
  • Working in case management systems
  • HR/ER experience
