Position Overview:

Work Schedule:

This role features a consistent schedule from Monday to Saturday, with a designated day off during the week and Sundays free. Flexibility is essential to accommodate the evolving needs of our business.


Location:

Our contact center is situated in a vibrant office space that promotes a positive work atmosphere, with ample natural light.


Compensation:

The starting pay for this position is $18.90 per hour, with the potential to advance to a level II position at $21.17 per hour.


Your Role:

As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding assistance over the phone to address various financial inquiries and requests from our members.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet departmental objectives.
  • Gaining valuable experience in the financial sector, paving the way for future career opportunities within ESL.

Qualifications:
