About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and service strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business objectives
  • Develop and execute sales and service strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs, including sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, and employee training
  • Manage Ecolab products and equipment, including installations, testing, and maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of plant staff and build strong business relationships and networks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of experience in food, beverage, or dairy processing/manufacturing environment or 2 years of selling into manufacturing environments in technical sales
  • Functional computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in dairy, food, or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field
  • General mechanical ability
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
