Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large, field-based team of travel sales professionals and develop strategies to promote travel bookings and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer decision-making and drive innovation in the market.
- Develop and execute business plans to manage strategies that support travel service growth, analyze reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with AAA policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and drive results to achieve targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel sales team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of travel industry experience, with 2 years of management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the AAA infrastructure and current trends in the wholesale, retail, and online travel industry.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance operations and customer experience.
