Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:
The Senior Account Executive - Integrated Sales role at Unum is a key position that contributes to sales goals by building relationships with insurance professionals and educating them on Unum's products. This role requires a strong understanding of Unum's value proposition, products, and services, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals, including brokers, financial planners, and agents.
- Represent Unum's products and services to insurance professionals, educating them on the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth and meet sales goals.
- Manage a high-volume quote/sales activity territory, with a focus on mid-to-large-sized employers.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Licensed to solicit insurance in the states within assigned territory.
- Strong understanding of Unum's value proposition, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and adapt to new information and concepts.
- Leadership presence and ability to create relationships with internal and external partners.
