Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Director, Travel Sales to lead our travel sales team and drive sustainable growth and member retention within the travel agency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large, field-based team and develop and execute sales strategies to promote travel bookings and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with travel and cross-business line teams to enhance consumer decision-making and drive innovation to maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Deliver Travel Service results by analyzing reports and internal performance statistics to accurately forecast results and make quick changes where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with AAA policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs and use data to identify areas of sales improvement, adjust strategies, and drive results to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other related fields plus 8 years of travel industry experience, with an extensive knowledge of the AAA infrastructure and current trends in the wholesale, retail, and online travel industry.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration.

Compensation Range

Min: $177, Mid: $193, Max: $210,559.00
