Clinical Partnerships Director
Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Partnerships Director to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a critical role in promoting our full continuum of care and building relationships with professionals, families, and adolescents.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and interest in our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with professionals, schools, hospitals, and other providers to promote our services.
- Conduct daily face-to-face marketing meetings, attend networking events, and engage in other promotional activities to drive interest and leads.
- Initiate phone, mail, email, and social media campaigns to educate professionals and families about our services.
- Act as a consultant for professionals and families seeking services for adolescents.
- Interface with admissions to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive conversions.
- Stay up-to-date on all Embark programs and services.
- Utilize a customer relations management system (Salesforce) to track interactions and manage relationships.
- Participate in team and weekly meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience working in an adolescent behavioral healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, education).
- Daily travel within a 20-mile radius of the program required.
