The role of Senior Vice President of Integration Services is pivotal in shaping the long-term strategy of our production operations while fostering collaboration with global peers to ensure consistent manufacturing and integration processes.


Key Responsibilities:
Promote the Core Values and Corporate Goals of World Wide Technology.

Lead a team of approximately 750 professionals within the Integration Technology Center, focusing on:
  • Effective workforce management through regular communication and support.
  • Overseeing the execution of integration services.
  • Achieving cost, quality, and timely delivery objectives.
  • Enhancing and upholding Safety, ISO, and TL9000 standards.

Deliver Operational Excellence by:
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimizing processes and workflows through Lean methodologies.
  • Managing and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Sales Engineering, Material Operations, Logistics, Professional Services, and Program Management teams. Drive standardization across all programs and global integration operations.


Ensure Consistent Product Quality through:
  • Standardized manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • A disciplined approach to process management, trend analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Conducting in-process and final quality inspections.

Collaborate with IT and other operational leaders to establish a roadmap for integration systems, focusing on developing and implementing leading-edge information systems for shop control management, production planning, and workflow optimization.

Mentor current and future leaders in Strategic Planning, Financial Operations Management, Lean Operations, and Servant Leadership principles.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of fifteen years of senior management experience in a Manufacturing/Logistics Environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Data Center operations and related technical equipment.
  • Experience in capacity planning within a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in delivering customer service and managing senior-level interactions.
  • Expertise in KPI development and achievement.
  • Strong financial budget management skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and materials management.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
  • High-level problem-solving abilities and visionary management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Office Tools.
