Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responds to incoming inquiries from customers, service engineers, suppliers, and sales representatives, ensuring timely communication of important updates.
  • Digitizes and organizes customer orders, production records, and essential company documents for efficient access and storage.
  • Processes customer product orders via phone and assists with the management of purchase orders as needed.
  • Creates and dispatches service orders to domestic service personnel.
  • Supports the creation and management of service contracts as required.
  • Maintains current sales and marketing materials and coordinates logistics for trade shows and related activities.
  • Schedules internal meetings based on staff availability and coordinates catering services for significant meetings.
  • Oversees the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and break-room inventory.
  • Provides assistance to executives with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED may be accepted with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service capacity.
  • Familiarity with contact management systems.
  • Proficient in the O365 Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The role requires the ability to sit or stand in front of a computer for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. comfortably.
