Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Application Support Engineer to join our Development team. This role focuses on maintaining and providing technical support for applications in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve critical application alerts and production defects
  • Collaborate with internal teams on application issues
  • Validate and submit audit responses
  • Manage disaster recovery processes
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Partner with development teams on application design
  • Manage application deployment and upgrade processes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of related experience (4+ years in Distributed Application Support)
  • Experience with Java/J2EE, XML, HTML, JavaScript, NodeJS
  • Proficiency in Unix, Linux, Windows, SQL/PLSQL
  • Knowledge of relational databases (DB2, Oracle, Snowflake)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, HiPam, DynaTrace)
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
