Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key referral partners, developing new contacts and referral sources, and creating and executing outcome-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key referral partners and influencers in the community through marketing initiatives and messaging.
  • Recruit and negotiate with physicians to establish strong relationships.
  • Create and execute outcome-based marketing strategies and plans to drive referral and admission goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Great leadership skills with the ability to inspire trust and confidence in others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with referral sources and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of identifying and building local relationships, with a strong understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also being a team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications.
