Job Overview

Signature Signs is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth and develop strong client relationships. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with our in-house design and operations teams to deliver exceptional signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads and source new opportunities within the community.
  • Partner with our design and operations teams to visualize customer requirements and deliver tailored signage solutions.
  • Write estimates, suggest solutions, and close opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure timely project handoffs to our fabrication teams and coordinate final installations.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in our CRM system.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual with experience executing throughout the sales cycle.
  • Knowledge of signage products and services is advantageous, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with various communication and lead tracking tools, CRM software, Google Docs, and project management tools like Trello.
