Job Title: Advanced Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Sales Director to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our advanced sales strategy, leading a team of senior consultants, and driving business growth through innovative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of senior consultants to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives
  • Provide technical expertise and training on advanced sales concepts and strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Must hold either a J.D. or CPA designation
  • FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • 5+ years previous experience in the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of advanced sales concepts and planning strategies
  • Strong partnership mindset with an aptitude for developing effective relationships
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex strategies and financial concepts
