Sales Executive Job Description
About Us:
At Restaurant Technologies, we provide innovative bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry. Our solution is environmentally friendly, efficient, and creates a safer work environment for restaurant personnel.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will focus on identifying and closing new independent and small chain restaurants as well as opportunities within the hospitality industry in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct daily field prospecting activities
- Achieve sales targets by consistently meeting monthly and annual goals
- Work collaboratively across the organization to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in net new business generation
- Record all leads, activities, and pipeline data in CRM for accurate forecasting
Requirements:
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to receive and apply feedback
- Consultative sales skills with the ability to actively listen and provide solutions that meet customer needs
- Persistent and driven individual who can consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Extensive in-person cold calling experience
- Effective communication with customers and across all functions within the organization
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 annually
- Uncapped commission earning potential of up to $128,000+ per year

Location: This position is based out of the Detroit, MI area and covers Northern Detroit and the surrounding area.
Estimated Annual Salary Range: $93,000 - $113,000 per year
