We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems products, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspections.

**Job Description**

The primary function of this position is to determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet those objectives. You will establish contact with prospects, qualify potential buyers of service contracts, and close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives.

You will also develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designed sales plan, conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates, and maintain correct and complete records of all sales-related activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of B2B track record of sales experience, experience selling a service or intangible product, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A degree or equivalent work experience (5 years) is required, as well as professional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
