**Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sales Representative (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to join our sales team. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives on uncovering new opportunities, scouring for prospects at high volumes to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities by scouring online platforms, directories, and databases
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and emails daily to connect with potential clients
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads
  • Develop and execute creative prospecting strategies to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Drive full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through closing deals
  • Present Top Echelon's software solutions with confidence, tailoring the value proposition to the unique needs of each client
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics, including calls, emails, meetings, and closed deals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a high-volume outbound sales role
  • Experience with SaaS platforms within the recruiting industry is highly preferred
  • Strong cold-calling skills with a demonstrated ability to engage prospects and overcome objections
  • A true hunter mentality: self-motivated, relentless, and results-driven
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying highly organized and disciplined
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for managing pipelines and tracking activity
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
