Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for The Armor Group. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans to capture new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize target customer lists and identify key decision-makers, gatekeepers, and champions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at all levels of the organization.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering and Manufacturing, to address key business issues and opportunities.
  • Effectively use CRM systems to track customer-related activity and identify new sales opportunities.
Competency Requirements
  • Persuasion: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, pain-points, and options.
  • Initiative/Accountability: Outstanding motivation and drive, with a strong desire to achieve results in a demanding environment.
  • Thinking: Ability to quickly understand the business and make informed decisions.
  • Teamwork: Skills in building and maintaining productive relationships with people in other departments.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
