Job Description

At ACDI - Access Control Devices, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering our product offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between our development team and stakeholders, ensuring that product requirements are met and aligned with market needs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key features, milestones, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain business cases for product investments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders, including development teams, sales, and marketing.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring that key features and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of using data-driven decision-making to drive product development and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business issues.
  • Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive product innovation.
