**About the Role**

The County of King Washington's Rail Division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rail Facilities Custodian Lead to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our rail facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of rail facilities
  • Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules to meet the needs of the rail division
  • Conduct regular inspections of rail facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Provide training and guidance to custodial staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in custodial services or a related field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
