Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and takes pride in their responsibilities. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to respond swiftly and appropriately to urgent situations. A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to cleanliness and efficiency are essential for this role. Physical demands include lifting heavy items, managing maintenance tools and equipment, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing various physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address maintenance requests as assigned, ensuring timely and professional responses to work orders.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospective and current residents, enhancing their living experience.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and unit turnovers, including painting, troubleshooting, and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
  • Inspect facilities and grounds for safety and cleanliness, coordinating with external contractors as necessary.
  • Provide effective emergency maintenance support during after-hours situations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in property maintenance.
  • Experience in painting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
