- 10+ years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities management, or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in maintenance operations, including knowledge of equipment, systems, and processes.
- Ability to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules, and to monitor and report on maintenance performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
