We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Kroger. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and skilled trades personnel to ensure the effective maintenance of our facilities.
    • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
    • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintenance Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of all facilities, including equipment, buildings, and grounds.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Technical expertise in maintenance operations, including knowledge of equipment, systems, and processes.
    • Ability to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules, and to monitor and report on maintenance performance.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
