Job Overview

Leapsome is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our Demand Generation function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, social, and affiliate channels.

Your primary goal will be to drive qualified leads, build a strong pipeline, and align all efforts with broader business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key market segments, define target audiences, and craft competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, social, and affiliate channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key market segments, define target audiences, and craft competitive positioning.
  • Drive qualified leads and build a strong pipeline, aligning all efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across channels and audience segments for maximum ROI.
  • Lead by example to foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused culture within the performance marketing team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of implementing successful performance marketing campaigns in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Leadership and strategy experience, with the ability to build and execute long-term strategies focused on revenue growth, scaling teams, and aligning with business goals.
  • Hands-on expertise in setting up campaigns, tracking, and optimization, ensuring a deep understanding of how strategies are implemented.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with fluency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional influence, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders across departments.
