At Addepar, we're seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth and adoption for our enterprise and institutional segments.

This role will be responsible for developing and driving performance marketing strategies that enhance lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data-driven decision making, and experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the financial services or technology industries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, display, email, events, and more.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to increase return on investment and achieve key results.
  • Having responsibility for spending, and adjusting strategies while staying within budget and achieving marketing goals.
  • Building and implementing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Working closely with the sales team and account managers to ensure leads are accurately qualified and handed off for follow-up.
  • Leveraging analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinating with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.

Requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • A consistent track record of leading successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
