This client-facing role requires a highly intelligent, charismatic, and creative thinker who is passionate about digital marketing. The successful candidate will be keen to learn, strive for success, and have a desire to question everything in pursuit of operational and client service excellence.

About the Role:

  • Lead Paid Search and Social campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other biddable digital media platforms.
  • Manage and mentor account associates, providing guidance and support for their growth and development.
  • Deliver results against client goals and KPIs, maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support business development by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croud products to existing clients.
  • Create and deliver flawless client-facing reports, based on accurate data and insightful analysis.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge in digital account management (paid search, paid social) with a track record of exceeding performance goals against sales-related KPIs.
  • Comfortable navigating and performing analysis with Google Analytics 4 data, as well as outputs from ad platforms, third-party attribution vendors, and client internal sources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Polished presentation and ability to quickly build confidence.

What We Offer:

  • A salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • 20 days vacation a year, 12 public holidays observed, and 7 sick days annually.
