Territory Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Manager to drive Revenue and Margin Growth within an assigned territory of the Americas Sales Region for STERIS AST. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong business relationships, understanding customer needs, and negotiating long-term agreements with critical territory account customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Negotiate and secure long-term agreements with customers
- Collaborate with partners in Marketing, Operations, and Quality to ensure customer satisfaction
- Evaluate account performance and identify strategies to improve sales and profits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of sales experience selling complex technical products, preferably in healthcare
- 5 years of experience negotiating and securing long-term agreements
- 5 years of consistently outperforming sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
