About the Role

This Territory Account Manager position is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading coated abrasives brand and take on a well-established book of business. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for growing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Requirements

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the abrasives or industrial products industry

- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
