Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic North America Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients within the territory.
  • Understand clients' business needs and propose suitable product or service solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Territory Management
  • Effectively manage the sales territory, including planning and organizing sales visits.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Update the CRM with critical information on existing accounts and newly identified leads.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Director or other members of the Sales Leadership team as required.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Education: Bachelors degree is preferred but not required. Required Experience: Experience with construction sales at either distribution or manufacturing required. Preferred (Not Required): Manufacturing sales experience preferred. Construction PPE/Safety Sales a significant plus.
