Job Description:

Are you a skilled problem solver with a talent for building relationships? Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative who goes beyond traditional sales. In this role, you'll act as a business advisor, helping executives and business owners leverage our vast resources to solve their unique challenges. If you're driven to create growth and revenue while providing meaningful solutions, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and visit potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sell our services to businesses in an ever-evolving technological environment.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Report weekly sales performance and update our CRM system with new deals.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities: coachability, competitiveness, diligence, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a background in prospecting and B2B sales.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for traveling to and from clients' offices and our office.
Performance Metrics:
  • Schedule 2 first-time appointments with potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Our benefits package includes:
