**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with guidance and periodic evaluations
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and their brands
- Market and sell products or services to meet sales targets
- Meet with potential new leads and existing customers to build rapport and drive sales
- Mentor and support the growth of existing team members and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and client campaign development strategies
- Promote multiple sales campaigns and manage existing client accounts
- Learn and master existing sales systems for assigned clients through training and development with a sales manager
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and research local market trends
- Attend sales meetings and provide feedback and new ideas
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, market research, or related fields
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, economics, or a related field preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
